The Koi Pond's Policies
An Outstanding Experience
At our salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Koi Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
1. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and that life happens. We're human too, so we totally get it. However, we do request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. This provides us ample time to get that time slot rebooked. A credit card will be required in order to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled past the 48-hour window will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. In the instance for which clients are a “No Call/No Show," 100% of the service amount will be charged.
2. Lateness Policy
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 30 into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
3. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service here at Koi Salon, please do not hesitate to reach out to us to get it fixed for you immediately. In the event that we miss the mark on your hair goals, because we are humans after all, we will complete a reservice for no additional charge. However, once services are complete, there will be no refunds.
